It's been explained if you readed well, it has been given the name Apology as when you're zanpakuto received enough hits from Wabiske you'll bow down due to the enormous weight of your zanpakuto as in the meaning of apologising.

about Iba's zanpakuto

He did, when fighting Ikkaku he has shown it hundreds of times.

There probaly are more fauls in it, but it's just to focus the attention to it.

A lot of the stuff on BleachPortal is outdated.

And we have no control over it. The admins here on the forum are only for the forum. They can't edit anything on BP.

Although the BleachPortal and ClubBleach are together, they have different staff members. If you want it updated, I would recommend contacting someone on BP, not here.

Unless, of course, you're referring to a thread on ClubBleach. Then you should just contact the creator of the thread.
