hollow ichigo ?

well i just finished watching all 60 episodes which are out so far ... and one question i ask myself is is ichigo still a kind of hollow ? during the fight against byakuya his "darkside" took over ... i was wondering if he is still kinda hollow or is it just the fight loving party of his heart ?

i havent seen all the episodes but i saw that hollow ichigo thing while fighting with byakuya and surpised me as well(i thought seeing all the episodes would make me understand).......

The hollow is a separate entity that is part of Ichigo. When Ichigo lost consciousness during his fight with Byakuya it asserted itself and took control. When Ichigo regained consciousness he fought the hollow back and regained control of his own body by forcibly removing the mask.

Cool. I haven't seen Fullmetal Alchemist yet but I really want to. So many Animes, so little time. I think I've seen that guy from a preview or website. He is cute! I always laugh when I see it. Any show with a disembodied guy in a suit of armor has GOT to be cool! :)

Here are the basics. There are two classes of dudes, the vizards and the arrancars (spelling might be off on that one). The arrancars are Hollows that have attained the powers of a shinigami. They have a broken mask and a sword and were created and are now led by Aizen. The other group is made up of shinigami who have attained the powers of a hollow. They have masks but no hole in the chest. They are the vizards. It is unknown who leads them at this time but they claim Ichigo is also a vizard and they want him to join them. The arrancars want to kill him. The main argument for Ichigo is that he's a true hybrid. In the shattered shaft episode with Uraharu when Ichigo got his powers back he became a hollow and a shinigami at the exact same moment. Technically he's not a vizard or an arrancar because he didn't start as one and then become the other, he became both at the same moment. Currently he's been in denial about his inner hollow which is gaining power in an attempt to eventually control him.
