Sekirei

Noticed that there still wasn't a sekirei thread so i decided to start one.

Basic plot is there are a bunch of fighters called sekirei's who must find their Ashikabi, their partner who has special DNA which allows the sekirei to fight at full power. Made up of cute girls, buxom women, and bishonen, the Sekirei fight in a dangerous and sometimes deadly competition called the 'Sekirei Plan'.

I was thinking of watching this but it doesn't sound very original so I decided not to.

I found the anime more enjoyable than the manga tbh, other than the poorer drawing. This series is only 12 episodes, I wonder how they are going to end it.

Aww only 12 episodes. I'm really enjoying this anime despite the fact theres really not the best story or plot.

In the manga,

they're proceeding to 3rd phase I think.

I think the anime is going to end abruptly somewhere in the middle of the manga, which isn't good. :\

no it was that anime in the first episode the guy gets into a fight crashing into the girls shower and the chick is nak3d and she decideds to marry him. Shes totally hot yet he doesn't want to. I'd rewatch if it had an ending ****in hate how they make you read the manga.

I honestly am the complete opposite on this one. I quite like the manga, but the anime just annoyed the hell out of me. (Although I did only watch the first two episodes of the anime)

I too find the manga more endearing then the anime.

I've watched all of the current 9 episodes, they aren't all that annoying for me, but not all that interesting either.
