bleach forum fanclubs

ok i am surfing the forums for a week now and i saw a lot of fanclub members
(like the kenpachi,rukia and stuff)
i was wondering how i could join those to cause i liked kenpachi from the start and would really like to join his fc.
help me out here guys :P
