I like Urahara and all, but honestly, I'm not terribly interested about his bankai. Neither am I particularly intesrested towards Zaraki's or Yamamoto's.
The zanpakutous that thoes three possess all seem to be similar in that they are powerful. Emphasis on the word POWER. Like someone mentioned, Yamamoto's would probably be some sort of flaming beast with unimaginable power. Not too interesting if you ask me.
Aizen's bankai is somewhere in between. If his sword was too powerful, it becomes a bit uninteresting if he can overwhelm his opponents without even a fight. But I AM curious as to what can be more powerful than complete hypnosis.

I'm alot more interested in someone like Soi Fong's, or Unohana's bankai. The bankai tends to reflect the power of the shikai to some extent, but exponentially more powerful. I'm quite curious as to what kind of powers can be similar to Soi Fong's two hit instant death, but even more powerful.

But before we even talk about bankai, there are already so many characters' SHIKAI that I am curious about.
Ukitake's, Shunsui's, Matsumoto's, and Nanao's.
That's assuming Kubo actually has ideas for their shikai. I think the reason that some of the battles are interrupted or cut-short may be because Kubo hasn't actually figured out shikai abilities for everyone just yet.
