Quick Rep Question

I recently got a rep on a post and the square is grey instead of green (on the recently recieved rep list), what does that mean?

Also, I'd like to note this blank on the FAQ:

I'm pretty sure grey is rep that doesn't really effect your Rep Power.

Someone new. Only had 12 rep power. I was wondering since gray could also be interpretted as "empty" or "drained", and I'm never gotten a neg rep before (but I assumed they were red).

lol. I had a look @ who repped you. The latest at least, is a clear case of rep abuse.. should infract, really.

It was Sanji. Let it go. noob is noob, and it's not like he was asking me to rep him back (which someone did a long time ago).

You can see my rep history but the person column is hidden? O.o

Yeah, I always let newbs off for their first offence or so.. you should know that about me by now =p

And I could see his name but his reputation level read: 572.

If he has 12 rep power he should still increment yours and it should have shown up as green.

Wouldn't it have to be at least 50 to increment?

To increment your point by 1, it would need to be 100 (old rules say 50.. up to admins if they changed it back).

Otherwise the 12 would add onto whatever points your already sitting on.

Yeah, and I'm just over a 100 increment right now (8800) so it didn't affect me.
