Is my Rep still disabled? o_O

My rep is at 63, and his rep is at 24, and this persons happens to have more of those little green bars.

Rep Power =/= Rep Points in possession.

That's the only insight I can give on the situation. I believe most will tell you that anyway as your question can only be answered by Higher Staff.

Try to give someone rep. If your ability to give rep is disabled it will say so.

Your actual ability to display your rep is not disabled though, otherwise you'd have a single grey box instead of green.

I don't think your rep is disabled. It may just be a confusion in what constitutes higher rep.

Your rep "power" (the number next to your bars) is more but his rep "points" (the number you see in your User CP for rep) received is more.

When you have 100 Reputation points (getting from people or by contests) you get another blue bar.

For every 30th day after registration date, will add 1 reputation "power" point to your total reputation power. For every 100 posts you make, will add 1 reputation power point to your total reputation power. For every 50 reputation points which you receive from others, will add 1 reputation power point to your total reputation power.

So you have more of these. He just received rep from others as per his bars.

Its cause you have more posts and have been here longer so rep power is higher :3 Even though actual rep may not be.

I can't find the thread right now, but I brought up a similar question. The number of little squares (the "Rep Bar") is not a direct representation of the "Rep Power" number. It also takes into account how long it too you to earn that rep. So a person may have a longer bar than the other even with a lower rep number if they have been on the forums less time.

And in this case you're comparing yourself, a senior member, to someone who joined two months ago.
