HI! this is my 1st post...so..if i did anything wrong...G.O.M.E.N.A.S.A.I...well..im a newbie though...so here goes......

well..i've been thinking lately about the relation between living souls in Soul Soceity and living people in the real world...

as far as i can see, the living souls in soul soceity is just like normal people in the real world, they can grow older just like renji and rukia...if u have noticed..they grew up and become adults...but what i mean here is...does the living souls in SS die once they grow old or they wont die and live forever and ever in SS if they are not killed...will Genryusai-dono live forever as the commander of the Gotei 13?

Maybe they do,maybe they don't...
I think physical ageing stops at some point in there and you're only older if you died older.Also we don't know what happens when a soul dies,it has yet to happen (atleast,in the anime.)

^^ I think there's already a thread about this - But like Ishida explained about Quincy destroying the sould complety which will probably mean something like this. When some1 die in the real world they get to Soul Society - Then when they grow old there they die and get reborn in the real world (some people thin that Ichigo is the reborned version of Rukias old Vice-captain cant remember his name atm..)

It'd be nice if they go back to the living world... and Ichigo being Kaien's reincarnation (waaa fanfic material!)

i think they can die of age... they just get reincarnated into the real world. and when they die in the real world they go back to SS and so forth...

oh i see..wow..ichigo is the reincarnation of kaien-dono...well..if ichigo really is kaien-dono's reincarnation..that'd be totally cool...hope kubo sensei will think about this and maybe create another storyline a bit about ichigo and kaien's pass....cool..i think???

nobody knows if ichigo is the reincarnation of kaien, just to make that point clear, its speculation.

also it is known souls do die in SS, for whatever reason and go back into the loop on earth. For some reason 60 years in SS before being reborn is thrown around, though i havent seen any proof on this number :/
