Wat does it mean? It's in Jap.

Moshi honto ni kami-sama ga ite, negai wo kanaete kurerun datarasa.

all i know is that kami-sama is god

All I can tell ya:

moshi = if, in case.
hontou = truth, reality.
Kami-sama = God (I think).

And in some cases negai can mean "prayer".

I am REALLLY rusty, but I think it means something along the lines of:
If ** really is a god, then grant an answer to my prayer/wish.

** will change according to if they are talking to a person, or about the person.
