My favorite zanpaku-to would have to be...*ponders*. For shikai, I'm going to say shunsui. For bankai...Tousen has such a unique one I have to give it to him.

unfortunately, we don't know what ukitake's shikai or bankai looks like. all we saw was the start when the one sword separated into two (unless the latest manga chaps have shown it?)
and i like renji's. i like snakes and whips and whips with blades. hmm, you know (off topic i know) renji and gojyo have something else in common. their weapons are somewhat similar. *goes off pondering *

Gojyo uses a type of Chinese spear and Renji uses a segmented sword thing.
