ok its may be called soul society, and the ranks and such are based on the gotei 13 sorta, and teh symbols are skulls like here, but it is realy just a anime forum, i just designed like bleach sorta.if you wana join click on the url. btw site name suggestions, cause i can change it. so far my forum has only 3 members *sigh* and a 4th one coming when he isnt busy. the 2 of us (one of them is a mod, the one that will join will be a mod so till then its just me and the one mod, the other guy is just a friend) need more members.also i could use help for making site logo. if you click the link and see the php thing at the top (my)left corner you will see what im talking about.

you should change the colors of the site
blue and black are kind of a weird combination
that i don't think are very pleasing to the eye

well, I personally like blue and black together....^.^ and don't give up cause I'm sure you'll get some members... I post my rp-ing forum here, but no one from here joined... I'm still waiting for people to visit...^.^;; so don't give up hope... I'm sure people will join...^^
