ok ok sorry ill just use search engine for now on. damn dont have to yell at me. anyway so is he like realy strong or just some stupid buety lover person that finds everything ugly. btw if he isnt 4th seat, who is?
First of all I'm pretty sure there already is a thread about this, you tried using search function??
And about the Yumichika thing, He said that in reality he would be higher than 5th seat but took it because he find the japanese letter for 4 ugly, He love 3rd most but that belongs to Ikakku
Ya USE SEARCH! And it is obviously Renji in the anime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not sure in manga ??

ya ya. sry about search function thing. so like, is yumichika like at vice captain lvl or something? his zanpaku-to doesnt seem very strong, i mean ya it seems like it could kill any normal sword fight but his sword compared to the others he doesnt seem like much if the
if there is one, how come when i searched under vice captain it didnt work?

Yachiru. If Ikkaku already has bankai. and Yumichika is equal to even a weak VC. Think how strong Yachiru must be to be able to retain second seat.

It was sad to see three vice captains get owned without a zankaptou by Ichigo. Exciting to see, but that was pretty exagerrated. As 1st squad is yami-ji, I expected his direct surbordinate to be quite strong. His release looked quite different. I even thought he might have acheived bankai. Since we are going to 2nd seats only, then it is Abaraji Renji of the 6th squad. Funny the way it was pronounced in the fandub

you don't get to be a VC, only because the captian likes you. not to mention she had to take over the previous VC of the 11th division.

Please, if you don't read the manga you won't understand a thing when we say that Yachiru is the strongest. It's not a big spoiler so you can click on it if you like. The reason why Yachiru should be the strongest Vice-Captain: Ikkaku, who is more than likely as strong as or stronger than Renji has bankai. Now, if Ikkaku has bankai and is that strong then how strong do you think Yachiru is, who has been with Zaraki since she was a little wee baby. The only way to counter that is to say that Ikkaku hasn't fought Yachiru with his bankai because then Zaraki would find out. He could have possibly told Renji that he had bankai when Renji was a member of the 6th Division. So in the end, Yachiru is the strongest Vice or Ikkaku is the strongest.

as far as i kno renji is the only VC to obtain a bankai even if he cant control it very well he still kicks butt with it lol

i dont think thats a fair assumption. Just because Ikkaku has bankai does not mean Yachiru has one also. The reason ikkaku isnt vice-captain or anything like that is because first, no one but renji and yumichika knows he has bankai. second, zaraki favors yachiru so Ikkaku wouldnt replace Yachiru either way. third, while Ikkaku was under Zaraki his growth may have surpassed that of Yachiru and i doubt that they demote vice-captains.

Look at how strong Inoue and Sado (who aren't Shinigami) became just being around Ichigo (someone who can't control his reiatsu) for a couple of weeks/months...
Now we have Yachiru literally hanging off Kenpachi (someone else who can't control his reiatsu...that's why he's got the eyepatch, remember?) for, I don't know, decades (maybe centuries as age in Soul Society seems very hard to determine).
FACT: During Ichigo's first encounter with Kenpachi, he (as well as Ganju and Hanatarou) can't even move due to Kenpachi's reiatsu...Kenpachi's reiatsu is literally smothering him...and yet here's Yachiru bouncing all over the place per usual...
FACT: That EXACT same Ichigo tries to rescue Rukia on the bridge a little later and Ukitake says, "who is this? This reiatsu is definitely at a Captain's level but I don't recognize it."
Captain level Shinigami (Ichigo) get's smothered by Kenpachi reiatsu but Yachiru doesn't...
I think it's fair to say that Yachiru is one bad mofo...

I totally agree with thatbabo. Yuchiro is to care free in Soul Society to be week. You only get a personallity like that when you have no care in the world.

years...they've been around him for years...they have been classmates for an extremely long time.

Since kenpachi wears the eye patch his reiatsu doesnt flow as freely as ichigo so it wont have such a drastic effect.
Yachiru could..i dont know...be used to it? You said it yourself she's been around him for decades so its safe to say that she's used to his reiatsu. I'll use Yama-jii's words and say Kenpachi 'taught a baby how to breath'
There is no reason for her to put her as the 'strongest' vice captain. She has in no way proved herself of such a title and its not fair to deem her that by association.

Yet her reason for being vice-captain can be because of her strong bonds with Zaraki.
