Downloading From IRC Bots

Hey, I was just scouting out the Nipponsei's archeive list and to attain the files, I need to know how to dl from their bots in their IRC channel...

I haven't a clue as to what to do, how to start, etc. Any help would be much obliged...thanks!

There should be a list of xdcc w.e of bots there are. All you do is type in the line in the chat and it'll send it to you. example of how one may look is

/msg [a-S]New-Releases xdcc send #23
