You write {spoiler=}whatever you're going to put in the spoiler tag{/spoiler}, but replace the { with [.

So it's like this (without the spaces)-

[ spoiler = ] blah blah blah [ / spoiler ]

Also, you can write whatever the spoiler's about after the equal sign-
[ spoiler = whatever] blah blah blah [ / spoiler ]

Then it'll look like this-
blah blah blah
