He is still alive. Ichigo did not kill him. He doesn't have Bankai (as far as we know)... and yea, his bankai would be pretty scary.

Nope, in fact, it's not him who would be killed. It's that his enemies would fall so quickly, that he wouldn't have fun fighting them.

If you showed us a thread with the very same subject, terrylee79, you wouldn't look like a kind of evil-cleansing hero saying that, and we would have been happy to discuss this in another thread.
