Mayuri is one of the most realistic and by far the most unique character in the entire series. If people actually understood him they might have a different opinion. He himself is the perfect example of evil and sadly enough, he houses all the negetives of humanity. Although he may seem like a horrible person, he is the reflection of ourselves and what we are capable of. And I absolutely love him! <3<3<3

And we haven't seen all his abilities, maybe he is one of the more powerful captains?

By the way Undying, he lacks in abilities? He is a scientific genius.

a) The man created Nemu. I don't the the other Captains creating lifeforms.
b) He has enhanced his own body into a living weapon. Not to mention he can regrow limbs AND escape death at any time.
c) One touch from his sword will kill you no matter what. You would need his special antitode, something only Ishida was dead lucky to get.
d) Like every other Captain, he has achieved Bankai, something that defines only the most powerful of Death Gods.

Seriously... People might hate his attitude and actions but you cannot deny the man's skill. It's not very fair. <3 =)
