Ichigo questions possible spoilers(From Manga Section)

I have watched the anime a couple times over since there wont be any new episodes till jan 10th and i have read the manga but there are some things that bother me about ichigo when he was training to get back his powers he died so how is it possible for him to get back into his body?

Since his dad is a shinigami how come nobody has heard of him when ichigo goes to S.S since they both have the same last name?

on that note Ichi's father must have alot of faith in him as a shinigami not to help him out when he gets into trouble like with the grandfisher n the hallow in episode 10 but i dont understand how he can ignore it like that as if he cant see it what do you think?

A Shinigami is the only spirit form that can enter or leave a human body at will. When Ichigo lost his powers he became a normal human soul that could only re-enter a body as long as the chain was still attached. When Urahara broke the chain he killed Ichigo. The only way Ichigo could "come back to life" would be to get Shinigami powers. Otherwise (since Urahara had stuck him in Shattered Shaft where his chain was getting eaten up WAY fast) he'd have become a Hollow and died. Ichigo DID get his powers back and was then able to become a Shinigami back.

There are several threads about Isshin in this forum. Use search to find them and then you can see all the arguments about him and who exactly he is and who no one seems to remember him/recognize him etc. :)

Dude, that's one bad start

1. Ichigo didn't die
2. In Japan the men take the last name of the woman when the marry them.
3. He can see ghost he probably would helped out Ichigo if he thought Ichigo was in over his head

Really? The men take the woman's name?? I didn't know that.

I think Ichigo did die because when he comes out he tells Urahara something like "The moment I came back to life was the moment your luck ran out!"

Doesn't matter...if Ichigo died then he wouldn't have a body to come back to.

Why not? Also when Orihame was knocked out of her body (and still had her chain attached unlike Ichigo) her brother claimed she was dead.

BUT you're right, it's really a trivial detail I suppose. He got his powers back either way. :)
