Ishida Lost he's powers right well in this Bounto Arc the Bouto where created by Soul Society well they have power to Absorb Spirt Particles which is what the Quincy use to create their Arrows, Well the Bouto are pissed off at SS cause they were created and riducled for Living forever by real humans and so They go to SS to seek Revenge, well Since SS is made of spirt Particles, they are like god knows how powerful, but anyways as seen Before Quincy also do the same to Create their Arrows so Ishida is also mor powerful and now big showdown blah blah blah
