You're windows fax and picture viewer should work fine. If that doesn't work then, you could always open each picture on your internet browser or something... But thats gonna be a pain! Try using your windows fax and picture viewer. You could also read it online from www.bleachexile.com (http://www.bleachexile.com) .Its free too :P

I use a program called Manga Viewer. It's very simple and it organizes your chapters so you can read all your chapters at one time. You don't have to exit to view all. But your standard picture viewer should work just fine.
