that doesn't surprise me...
The book exists of 178 pages or something...
I read the book and that's written REALLY childish so that kind of killed my curiosity about the movie...

Yeah I saw Narnia, and to be honest it was actually pretty good. They picked the right kids to play the parts and they had great acting. Not a lot of battles but the final one was pretty neat with the amount of creatures in it.

I'd give Narnia a 8 out of 10 if there was a rating system lol

This movie rocked. The only problems were that the kids had horrid dental problems and the queen was butch.

It was okay. I laughed through the last half, didn't like the witch much though. The fox didn't even look like a fox, it looked like his face had been stressed, ha ha, my brother didn't even know it was a fox at first!! Ha haaaaa. Oh well...
My friends think it was a bit dodgy with the little girl and.. forgot his name, that man she liked.
I wouldn't watch it again. HECK, how long did it take? Most of the movie was just graphics, graphics, graphics.

i thought it was an alright movie...there wasnt as much battle as i thought there would be, but i mean it kept me awake...those kids were really gross looking tho...good acting...but rotten teeth...and just a rotten look in general...the queen was so ugly...she was whiter then her snow...and she had no eyebrows...

the movie was pretty good.. would've been better if like the main characters knew how to fight and stuff... and there was a really strong religious undertone

okay I'm going to be brutally honest here..yes the book has a lot of relgious symbols in it..you don't have to look to far to see those. About the comment about the main character not knowing how to fight, THAT'S THE FIRST TIME HE'S EVER USED A SWORD!...gah did you expect him to be a master swordman? If you did, that was a stupid assumtion.

It was ok, just not what I envisioned. All the battles and such were so muted, I guess you could call it. Plus they made my favorite character so lame [Susan] But, I will have to say, Lucy was excellent in the movie.

Oh, and I'm not trying to be mean so please don't take this the wrong way. But you do realize that the entire Chronicles of Narnia were written by C.S.Lewis, the most well known [well one of them, Tolkein as well who was actually his good friend] Christian writer of the 20th century. Just saying that the chronicles were kind of all about this theme, they just wouldn't be the same without them! :winking56

Ha ha. She did, they're just a faint ginger/blondish colour, so you can't actually see them too well. I thought it was good that she was pale, she was supposed to love winter and all.

I didn't really like Lucy in it, the child's acting was all right, but I didn't like her much. One part.. where she saw her friend frozen/in stone or whatever, I didn't really know if she was laughing or crying for a minute there, lol.

I think was okey, I didn't think it was going to be so childish, but then again I haven't read the book.

I thought it was terrible! it was like Lord of the rings with midgets, made for viewers between the age of 5 and 10! All that fighting and sword play and not one drop of blood?? Maybe I was to old for it? (20)

I absolutely loved it. It's the light to Harry Potter's growing darkness.

This movie was so-so. I did feel pain in my heart, though, when I had thought the poor Aslan had died.

it was ok... maybe a 6 out of 10... i thought the book was way better... there weren't good fight scenes except the ending... and the kids were o.k., but it seemed too... childish. idk just my opinion.

Yeah I bought the WHOLE chunk chronicles, I think there were 7 or 8 stories in total, all about Narnia.. I lost interest even before I started reading the 2nd story, which was what the movie was based on. The author said he originally meant the book for his granddaughter, who was really young at the time.

actually he wrote the book kinda based on Christ... umm well kinda spoilerish... but if u read the book/ saw movie no biggie aslem was meant to represent Christ when he gave up his life for Adam or wutever his name was... and he came back for life so yea...

Loved the movie. It's was rather touching during the first few scenes and the scenes when the 'something' happened. I watched it with a bunch of friends and we almost cried. [puts hand to heart]
