Bleach Remix Ressurection...

Well, I miss the days of spending hours cleaning RAW Bleach manga to send off to the translators, so I'm wondering if anyone here would like to help me ressurect Bleach remix, Bleach Portals very own Scanlation group.

We would need a Translator, RAW Cleaners and Typesetters. I can do cleaning and Typesetting as it quiet easy with practice but its much faster with more people anyway... but we'd really need a translator before anythign can be done.

So is there ANYONE here who nows really good japanese and can read and tranlate the bleach manga? No one likes havning to wait for Manga-Rain to distribute the manga, when we only had 3 people in the group we were still realeasing like a chapter every 1-2 days, I've never seen Manga-Rain do that :P

For the good of bleach and all the fans out there, is there no one who wants to help?

I've heard that there is another group that is going to start releasing Bleach scanlations really soon. :-/ They say they are going to be good quality and quicker than Manga-Rain, but not sure if they'l allow Direct Downloads either. :-/

Exactly thats why I wanted to make one and pickup a few series, not just bleach. But then of course more staff would be needed -_-

Seams like Bleach7 in a hope to become better than us has done what we wanted.. they made their own scanlation group Manga7... in my opinion its not that great the quality is far from as good as manga-rain and with as many people willing to help as here I belive we could do much better, firstly though we would release the newer chapters, where as they are going and starting from volume 8 and moving up.

I don't want to do this idea to be better than them, but I wish to let this manga be distributable by other Bleach Sites in a hope to expand the Bleach community, the community has shrunk greatly and is stopping the popularity of bleach, the less sites abou the anime, the less likely people will find out about it.

We really need a translator, I know enough Japanese to watch RAWS and roughly understand whats going on, plus memory from the manga, but far from enough to create propper translations. From what I see... Manga7's look alot like Manga-Rains translations only reworded to lessen likely hood of people thinking they copied... they definatly clean it themselve though... I'm not accusing anyone.. thats just what it seams like :/ Also could explain why they arn't doing the new episodes like would seam normal :/

Manga7 was not created in a hope to become better than BP, (because I dont think that we can. ;) ). It was solely done to make Bleach7 an improved source in itself for Bleach users.

We've been working on Manga7 since mid-November to try and get a head start, but alot of it fell through when our translators left us, but we have since replaced them. I know our quality isnt that great, but we'll improve.

As for the translations, one of our typesetters stole 2 chapters I think from Manga-Rain directly instead of using his provided transcript, so that will be taken care of. Overall, I think we did decent. But I'm sure yall can do better than us. And to let you know, if you re-read the news post I made about it, we are doing both what Manga-Rain has done as well as the latest chapters which we are almost caught up to already we have just yet to release them. Good luck with Bleach Remix, I'm looking forward to it.

iono why quality bother people.. but it doesnt bother. unless its like smudged... and u cant see faces and stuff

lol, I understand where your coming from of course. And I'm sure there will be 1000s of fans still loyal to MR, the whole purpose of Manga7, is to make Bleach7 an all-around more improved website/source for Bleach. I thought that making Manga7 for Bleach7 would help that out, so I did it that way. When the project is finished (meaning we've completed redoing all the past volumes and are only releasing new chapters), I have been thinking about allowing other websites to host our releases freely. I just wanted to make Bleach7 the 'test' site for it so-to-speak, til we get nice-quick quality out of our scan group, (which will take some time seeing as this is our first project), we just want to get it right before we make it 100% public. Hope that helps say what I should've earlier.

That would probably not work.. unless Bleach7 were happy. Bleach Portal would have no problems since it would solve our Translator issues, but its would interfere with Bleach7's Distribution proceadure and they already havea full fledged team so it may make out we are just riding their coat tails... but together I reckon we could make some really good looking manga! If we did join, we have alot of cleaners who volunteered here so the group could probably realease the chapters much cleaner and much quicker than current, but it all depends really, so yea... if your interest Kon PM me or whatever and we can disscuss.

I remember when Bleach-Remix was churning them out 1 or 2 a day, that was good times :D They weren't great quality.. but the team was much smaller than it could be now!
