the 5th series is out and shame on anybody who doesnt watch it, the show is the best on the planet (maybe better than any anime i've seen but lets not get ahead of ourselves).

Anyone disagree with me that Dr Cox is one of the funniest guys in comedy that you've seen? (if so ill rip off your arm and beat you with it for being wrong :))

No I can't disagree with that^^. Dr Cox is indeed one of the funniest characters I have ever seen. The show without a doubt is one of the best comedy shows I have ever seen. Its a shame though that I never got to watch a full season on it own. I only got to watch some episodes that were of a variety of seasons. Hilarious show :D

I've never been able to watch a full series, either, but I still love the show, regardless. And yes, Dr. Cox is hilarious. I think one of my favorite Dr. Cox lines was when he answers one of Carla's advice sessions by simply saying "Wrong, wrong, wrong....ya'wrong, ya'wrong..." Even though it's really simple, I just thought it was a great idea.

Scrubs is king of docter show comedies (House sucks compared). Dr. Cox is an evil sarcastic king of comedy.

Scrubs is awesome. Even though I've only watched a bit, everything else pales in comparison.
I'm sure everyone remembers the fable of the tortise and the pain-in-the-ass-chief-of-medicine-that-everyone-hates

The Fable:
You know Bob, I've been thinkin' about all the times that you've manipulated me and toyed with me, and I can't help but recall that children's fable about the race between the tortise and the pain in the ass chief of medicine that everybody hates. You see Bob, the pain in the ass chief of medicine that everybody hates kept running out in front of the tortise and taunting him. But right at the end, oh gosh, I'm sure you remember what happened Bob. The tortise bit clean through the chief of medicine's calf muscle, dragged him to the ground, where he and all the other turtles devoured him alive right there on the racetrack. It's a disturbing children's book Bob, I know. But its one that stuck with me... none the less.

Well, finally got to watch this series. Here in Iraq, we have the full first 5 seasons, so I have watched all 5 seasons start to finish now. What a great show.

Had never seen it before that, but always heard great things.

One of the best comedy series, of all time. And I say that after having watching epics such as Friends and Fraiser, and appreciating both heavily.

Dr. Cox is an evil sarcastic king of comedy.

Correction. The evil sarcastic God of comedy.

You know Bob, I've been thinkin' about all the times that you've manipulated me and toyed with me, and I can't help but recall that children's fable about the race between the tortise and the pain in the ass chief of medicine that everybody hates. One of the many classic lines. Heh, one of my favs, if not my fav:

Oh my God, I could fly to China, adopt a child, raise her and send her to medical school, and then train her to do this procedure in the time it's taking you to finish

My favorite show behind The Office. I can't wait for the last season to start. From all the interviews and things I have read it looks like they are going to end it well.
