i am rather surprised how the judge and the system can past judgement on such short sentences, i mean this consists of damaging of intellectual reputation, the raping of underaged children (seriously underage), the coordinated malicious attempt at murder possibly, (i would have thought the child will die) and they gave him six years? I can easily get by six years knowing when i back in town i can rape babies again. This is ridiculous for a judgement, in fact, i have reasons that the judge is a pedo or otherwise bribed or corrupted.

according to british law, u can get reasonable jail time and punishment for having raping anyone, including adolescents and children below that age, significantly, everyone above 2 years of age, which can see a point, who knows, more sickos like this one could have raped a 1 month old infant.
How can this be viewd so lightly, besides the point of the law, that means there is a huge loophole that applies to raping children is fine, pedophiles are not really hated... etc...
I honestly think, first the NHS has problems with medicine because their drugs takes an entire year to legalize, now this big loophole in their system, it truly makes depressing news.

well, it was years ago when there was a case of people raping dead monkeys...that can be worse in terms of disgust factor, but it still does not amount to the shock value of this one, which is absolutely disgusting, by far. Why? because the infant is alive, and imagine, living under the shadow of such reputation, and knowing as well, if they don't change identities under the witness and victims program, i would imagine when the kid grows up, will become a bully target for others and many difficulties ahead.

That is not the case, trust me when I say I have experience in taking care of kids in the nursery, even in the face of the church, some remarks are extremely tormenting to the mind, and it is not the first time I have seen them.
Plus, when it comes to such things, it is better to give benefit of the doubt, I am thinking it would be good to put them under special care.
Changing features or not is not the case, when it has happen, it happened, and trust me when i say some people will bound to remember, it is better for them to start a new life elsewhere.

Don't think that everyone will just brush it off when the baby gets older. Chances are, they'll explain it to her, and really; how devastated would you be if your parents told you you'd been raped as an infant? You'd feel dirty, violated, withdrawn, insecure, and so on.
