Sorry A2K, although the animation is good, it is still very cliche for a Hitsu sig, not that it matters, but blue has always been used along its lines, and a Hitsu sig is just plain...well...always blue. I like it, not all that bad, but i think it is overused. Otherwise, great background ans style.

I like yours better, simply because it is cool and nice, the girl is not too much for a small sig, the sig itself a refreshing view and entertaining to look at. As usual, that glassy crystal like effect is really a wonder.
Mixed with a clean cut render, it is plain to see, it is wonderful in all aspects.
Well done.

GMV: A2k, overall the elements of the signature are done better in my personal opinion.

E_E: Not too big on the backround, the signature also feels like its lacking, maybe some text or something on it and if there is a boarder i cannot see it, the signature just gives off the feeling that you never took the time to actualy complete it.

A2k: Like other people have said the blue for hitsu, overused, and the anim is pretty good, the text aint to ez on my eyes either lol the brushing over hitsu's arm bothers me also bleh hitsus my fave too... lol

A2k..your sig is really well done..though the text looks a little odd and on the sig and the hitsugaya looks a little overbrushed, the BG though it great, even if blue is overused for Hits..there's really no other color you can use with him..all in all a really well done sig

E_E..your sig looks half done..I don't see a border and there's no text at all, the BG is really plain and the stock as this odd white line over part of it which in my opinion ruins the whole thing.

His sig actually looks like it is finished , admittly it depends at what point during the animation loop you look at it but it has a well rounded look at the end.

E_E's is good look , well done but its not up to A2K's level ... you do gain point in my book for not adding animation to try to get some bonus points.

im voting A2k. E_E's sig is just empty..no border no text but the brushing is better. I feel that its a little too simplistic and its kinda just there. Nothing to really focus on.

E_E gmv, as his sig seems to have more things going on in it, like the light appearin from the bottom of the sig, i still think you should add a border though.
A2K, that sig is good too but the font you used looks a bit weird, and i like the idea of you brushing over hitsu to blend him and give a cool effect, just dont do it over hitsu's face :p just at the tips of the render, your bg is cool, and so is the animation, but the black that appears when hitsu disappears doesnt look too good

Hmmm... I vote A2k.

A2k: The brushing on the BG looks good. However brushing over Hitsugaya was not really needed. Perhaps as animalistic indicated brush on the tips but not his face. Font looks ok... Could've been better though.

EE: Your sig is too simple... It has no boundary and could've been better had it not been for the extra bright area on the left side just beside your render. Smudging looks ok but it really could've been better if you would've brushed in my opinion.

whatever. EE's is better because the colors are more vivid than the other dudes tag. the stock choice and stock placement is also better than a2k's. the typo,stock placement and animation look horrible for a2k's tag.

Why? Well his sig has the feeling of being finished and the animation was done nicely. EE, you did very well but you should try to add a border and some text.

The BG is not bad, but i like the animation. Esp how hitsugaya appears. I think the background could use some work and perhaps be more icy.

EE: It's alright. The stock takes up too much space in the sig. And while the BG does go with the sig, I feel it needs more depth and detail. But your choice of colors surpasses A2K's.
