help needed, arcade score submitting

when i go to submit a score for any game in the arcades it says:

anaguma_kun, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

did u have 50 posts at the time? If not, that's the problem. U have over 50 now, so I would try it again.

i did not have 50 posts at the time..however i still try this now with 50 potss and it still says that. HELP

It was made perfectly clear.
Anyone taking this type of action (spamming / double posting) would be banned for one week.
No exceptions.
You have obviously been removed from the permission list to be able to use the arcade.
