I saw it when it came out in theaters... I liked it a lot. I'd recommend it to anyone.

What's it about? I've been hearing loads of great things 'bout this movie, and I'm curious. :P

It's about a local pimp from Memphis named DJay (Terrance Howard) who decides that he wants to be a rapper 'cause he truly likes the art. This movie is about the trials and tribulations of DJay trying to make it big as a rapper. Of course, he has some friends that help him out as well. These guys are great as a support cast.

On a side note, Ludacris is in the movie, too. He kinda has a funny role.
