Anime in relation to Manga

I was watching the Anime of bleach but I admit I am getting bored of anime's stopping each time it gets near to manga and making up there own story.

So I would like to read Bleachs manga but where should I start reading from now ?

I would start reading from about chapter 180 if you want to read on from where the anime left off. You have not missed much by watching the anime:)
