go read some threads this has been mentioned by Darren before.
200kb max, 2 pics, 9 lines of text. each pic is 500x150 size
for what you are mentioning, I assume they have been there before, under a gif or png format. What you do it was to open a new canvas, put in and arrange all your banners, and then save over an empty background, as a gif or png file.
When posted here, it will look just like what you see.
I assume you are talking about SLVR's spoiler of banners, which consist of at least 10 of them.
I don't think this works anymore, as the sig sizes are now limited to 500x150 in size, I suggest you request an animated one that flashes all of them in a repeating loop animation, this way you can have them to all show on one sig alone.

As Sandal Hat says you could have searched the threads in the help desk for various sig threads that have since been closed.
The people with more sigs than is permitted will soon have them stripped from their sigs. We can't magically delete them all at once. Only as and when we see them.
