Club Bleach Gotei 13 Rules
A member can get transferred to another division only once. (Needs both division's captains and vice captains approval.)
A captain/vice captain can recruit only X (=4) people per week.
A member who leaves his/her division without the approval of his/her captain cannot join another division for a month.
A vice captain cannot recruit or kick a member without the approval of captain.
If a member gets kicked out of a division, s/he can't join another division anymore.
A captain cannot change their vice captain without the approval of 4 other captains.
If a captain or vice captain is being abusive, s/he will be kicked from that division.
If 7 of the 12 captains think that the captain of a division isn't responsible enough or not working enough, s/he will be demoted and his/her vice captain will be promoted. The new captain will have the chance to choose his/her new vice captain.
There can be only one seated officer in the coresponding seat. (Unlike 13th Division, 3rd Seat.)
Each division must have at least 10 people (except 1st division.)
Members of the divisions must use division title and have the division banner in their signature. (Titles should be like following; Z'th division captain, Z'th division vice captain, Z'th Division, G'th Seat, Z'th Division Shinigami=For unseated members.)
There won't be a change in seat numbers unless the captain decides on changing the seated officers or if the previous officers leave the division, get kicked out of the division, give up his position with his own free will or get banned.
Vice captains and seated officers cannot get transferred to another division.
Seated officers are to be decided by a voting system. Every week there will be a poll with the names of the X (=4) members that were recruited, and out of 4, 1 of the members will be promoted.
Division which is victorious in the monthly contests will get +1 recruiting point (eg; default recruiting capacity is X (=4), if a division wins the contest Y times, that division will be able to recruit X + Y people per week.)
Only division members are allowed to post in their division sub-forum, violators will be temporaliy banned (1 week) and will be kicked out of their division.
A member must have more than 100 posts to join a Division. (Spammers will be prosecuted.)
A user who wants to join a division must be a member of Club Bleach for at least a month.
Rules are subject to change.

What is OVA/OAV?
OVA stands for Original Video Animation and the same as OAV. It usually have far better animation than the original series. They may be of same length or different. It usually goes in depth of whatever its objective is, or it could be a sidestory, or etc.

Posts intended to raise total post count in order to get into a division or just for the heck of it will be deleted.
