Rizababe gmv. Maximoose your sigs to small and the text theme doesn't fit with your stock. Rizababe your sig is a bit to big and try to lower the opacity for the scanlines and you'll have a awesome sig.

I vote for RizaBabe, it is big, clear and the stock, although altered is clean and crisp. That is a win from me. The scan lines design is unique, much like a sheet of nice pattern over the sig, which makes it very feasible and very beautiful.
The text is well define, which is even better. However, it is kind of big.

Maximoose, your sig is very poor to view I must say, in all, I can tell it is themed nicely with a quote from the anime itself, but the text, it is not quite right, too robotic and technic perhaps. And the render is blurry of sorts, which makes it incomparable to the fine render of RizaBabe's sig.
I like the background, but it lacks detail and something seems missing perhaps. The patterns are nice, but i dunno, something seems like missing.

In essence: RizaBabe GMV.

Maximoose gets my vote. I also think that the stock doesn't look particularly good with the text bg, but it is interesting nonetheless. Riza's sign is, in my opinion, too big, not really eye-grabbing and the brushing over Ed's portrait wouldn't be missed.

I like how your sig is small and simple max. Even though the text in the BG is not clear, I guess it was something that you did on purpose.

Rizababe: Faded stock is not always a good idea. At times it can be pretty distracting. Specially if the sig is as big as yours. Besides the sig size is too big. Thr brushing though looks good. Try overlaying the color balance layer of yours so that the colors look better.
