Physical stats: a little short, curly blonde hair, blue eyes, freckles.
Character: Fun-loving, loyal,affectionate.

Well if you can come up with a personallity it will be a lot easier to decide on a name that's what i usually do is pick a personality. It can be just the way she will act in situations.

Doesn't have to go as far as deminear (probably mispelled that one)-How the act around people; and nature who they are mentally and in private, however to utilize both of these things takes time, but when you can plan that much names became fairly easy to think of. I say this because the more in depth you plan the character from appearence to nature and deminear to background you can pick names out easily. Though what i'm saying may be a little too tough for a beginner so at least a basic idea of how they act would aid you greatly in naming her.

well, I can tell you is this: She's quite messy and a bit naive, she doesn't like to get involved in things, but when it comes down to it, she does her best, though she is not very strong both in body and in mind.

Try giving her a name that implies that. Especially if it's a Jap name, I personally think you should try a name that translates into something like "messy child".
