As Telemaster said it looks low in quality. The text appearing looks weird... Perhaps a change of color might do the trick ^^. You might consider the font you used for the sentence "Did I not tell you?". Finally you need a border. It makes things look much more professional. I like the way the image shakes when Hitsugaya releases Hyourinmaru. Nice :)

well one thing is for certain is that you wouldnt be able to use that in this forum since it is to high in size and the beginning is a little slow, you should remove some frames to make it more smoother
