Bleach Video Game

I've heard that there will be a bleach video game. I'm looking at either PS2 or Gamecube. Anyone know any links, release dates, anything on the games? I'm looking more for the release dates. Anything would be helpful. Thx.

if its anything like DBZ then they will release a bunch of really sub par to okay games then finally start to get good at about the 8th or 9th game out =)

Would probably still give it a try though wish I knew where in north america I could get it..

Bleach: Hanatareshi Yabou

It's an RPG (that's what I've been told anyway). Supposedly has Ban Kai
and a villain unique to the game.

Even though I can barely read a lick of japanese, I'm getting it...I'm such a Bleach whore...lol...

im assuming the game does not follow the anime mostly because the main storyline of the anime is not yet complete.

It could just go upto the end of the soul society part, some dragonball Z games don't hold all the story, the gba games legacy of goku only went upto friezaat first

From what little I've seen, it seems to take place after the Soul Society arc...and I know you can play as Byakuya and Kenpachi (you can probably play as others, but that's the only capatains i know of)...that's reason enough to get the friggin' game...

it doesn't look like the second coming of chrono trigger/ff7 but it does look GED...

I'm pretty sure it's exclusive to the PS2, so the Gamecube isn't really an option...

Hey I tried downloading a few Bleach games but most of 'em are all Japanese language. Though I can understand a TEEENY bit its still a hassle.
Though I still need to replace my broken PS2 to be able to buy a Bleach game, currently I'm using emulators in my PC.

I'm still starting. I'm doing the chars now. The game is being made in the RPG Maker X. The game time line is where the manga is now, but the story will be different(new villains etc). I can post some ss here in the future.

2. GBA games from any region were playable on any GBA globally. I'm Australian and i was thinking of getting it, so i was wondering whether it will work?

3. Is the Japanese overwhelming, because i don't know anything other than (please, thank you) ect?

1. I paid $65, I got it at a store. I got impatient.
2. I think all DS's are Region 0, I know that the US one can play Jap games. I'm guessing that goes for the Euro DS as well. I'd say check Nintendo.com.
3. For some things (like the story mode), yes the Japanese is overwhelming. But, hey, FAQs get put up all the time.

Yeah, im not quite sure if its as good as the GNT games but I plan on importing it in a couple days.
