The last time Himamori is seen in the manga she is hooked up on Soul Society's version of "life support" so she must still be in critical condtion. Hitsugaya is completely healed though.

Anyways, if I'm in, I have a topic. Which AU (alternative universe) situation most charms you with this pairing?

I'll go ahead and submit my opinion. I had a random (fanfiction worthy :p) scenario in mind where there's a deadly virus spreading and only Hitsugaya has modified blood that is resistant to the virus. So with his steeled ability to fight the virus and his intellegence, he is put in a project where he's stuck in a building with three patients. Two of them die off and the last one, Hinamori, is saved at the last moment by Hitsugaya finding a cure. Wouldn't that be interesting, with the two deaths leading to character development, and possibly cute at the end?

So, in shorter versions, Dr. Hitsugaya and Patient Hinamori AU.
