What interests you into Watching BLeach???

I am new, and i just starting watching Bleach, and let me say this it is so GOOD. I couldn't believe when i watch the first episode, and in that moment it clicked, i started watching the others episode, and i can;t wait to watch the entire series.

What interest me in the first place to watch it, was a picutre i saw of ichigo in his shinigami or death god's clothes, and i thought it was interesting and i was really curious as to what it may have been about.

SO what about all you others, what interest you into BLeach in the first place, cos i am really curious as to what others think.

hmmm the interesting characters especially ichigo and rukia makes me wanna watch bleach, seriously though, the plot is very gd but it alone wldnt have been able to turn me into a bleach fan if not for the cool characters, esp rukia since she's not the common type of heroine usually portrayed which i think makes the show very interesting and to tell you the truth i watch bleach to see the developement of rukia and ichigo relationship...be it romantically or not, those 2 are just great together

Haha... My friend told me about the manga, so I started downloading and read, and it turned out to be damn good! So naturally I just can't miss the anime!!! Hahahaha!!! I can't wait to see hitsugaya toushiro in the anime!!!

I saw a link for episodes 1-2 on a bittorrent site. I didn't d/l it right away. But, after finding no other anime that interests me, I went ahead & d/l the files. From the moment I saw Ichigo & Rukia talk and interact with each other, I was instantly hook to the series. Because I love the anime, I started hunting down manga scanlations and downloading them like crazy just to catch up to the latest release :)

I saw Bleach actually from the anime initially, especially when I was busy looking over TV Tokyo's website. I got interested in it after me and my friend agreed to watch it after I downloaded a few episodes of it. Didn't expect myself to become so hooked that I even went to read the manga~~=P

Usually, any anime I watch, I watch because at one point or another I get a chill down my spine that makes me feel all tingly inside and makes me think, that was freaking hype. And Bleach did that for me. So I just watched the following episodes and they also sent chills down my spine. And every episode so far has gotten me just as interested as the one before it. But besides that I guess the humor is pretty good, and Orihime has a huge chest. The music is also enticing. Did I mention Orihime's chest is huge?

I always had an eye for it in Jump, but I never picked it up, I stayed with JOJO's adventure there.. but then came a Samurai Champloo no ep festival, and Bleach came out like a champ. So I picks it up and now I'm loving it.

At the beginning of the new aniime season, I randomly download the first episode of several series, and watch to see if I like. If I do, I'll continue to get. Bleach was one of those I got, and liked. The manga I spotted in my local Borders after I had started watching the anime, and as I liked the anime, I decided to get it. My obsession with Bleach didn't come until I decided to play catch up on manga and anime, as I just found out where to get the manga online. I read volume 6 - mid-18 in one day, and episode 10 - 15 (I think) the next day. Completely obsessed after that.

I saw Bleach at the narutofan than I decided to take a peek but I could not than at narutofan they put Bleach direct download, I downloaded first 2 episodes and I was thrilled and I said they got some good quality shit there so I downloaded the manga and I became addicted, that's how it has been.

I got into Bleach when I randomly found volume 1 and 2 in my brother's room. That was 2 years ago, and I've been reading it ever since. My main reason for watching is the relationship between Ichigo and Rukia. I think it's the most well done relationship in any work, whatever it may be. I actually don't care too much about the fighting and whatnot.

Ichigo & Rukia are also the main reason why I watched Bleach. I think they have chemistry right off the bat. So, yeah, I hope they get together at the end. It doesn't have to be sappy romantic...just a little hint of romance at the end would be enough for me ;)

I read some of the manga in a preview for it in Shonen Jump, I liked it alot. Then I was looking on animesuki one day... and there was Bleach 1! So I downloaded it and I'm so happy I did :)

Well, the characters are great, the story is awesome, original, and humourous....The animation is great....And, of course, it has style. Why WOULDN'T you love it!?! ^___^

Everybody has their own reasons for watching an anime or reading a manga. There's nothing wrong with liking a series b/c of the characters. I liked Bleach for the action too, but I like Bleach even more b/c of the two main characters. Without them, there will be no story, no bleach. So, yeah, they're important.

Anyway, Bleach is shounen, not shoujo. But, a little hint of romance between the two main characters wouldn't kill anybody & I doubt the show will suffer b/c of it :)

yup, no ichigo or rukia is equals to no bleach, think about it, if rukia hadnt met ichigo, no transferred of death god powers would be made, which would actually mean not much plot as ichigo will still be a human be able to see ghost or probably end up dead already if rukia hadnt saved him, also without rukia, ichigo wldnt even go to soul society which would mean that we wouldnt be able to see all those cool shinigami captains and vice captains...

Well, what I find great about Ichigo & Rukia's relationship is that, they have 'chemistry' right from the beginning. In a way they're like your typical shoujo couple, but of course, Bleach isn't a shoujo anime/manga. This is shounen. But the way Ichigo & Rukia interact towards each other, reminds me of your typical shoujo pair. You know, those guys & girls who always fight like cats & dogs, and yet they care for each other deeply. Ichigo & Rukia are no exemption (spelling?). They known each other for 2 short months & yet they're willing to risk their lives for each other. For such a short period of time, they have established a 'close bond' between them, and I find that very rare this days. Ichigo has friends who he grew up with, and as far as I can see from the manga or anime, he is much closer & comfy with Rukia than with any one of them. Yeah, he's friends with them, but who does he hang around with more? Rukia. I like their tight-bonded relationship, and eventhough they're just tight-bonded friends right now, I can see that Ichigo & Rukia have more potential of being a couple than any other pairings in Bleach :)

wow many people got so addicted to this, and i notcied that they get addicted to it in the begninning of the stage of the anime, which i mean that when rukia met ichigo, that started the whole event of the plot, i mean i absolutely agree that when you have something like that, it thickens the plot to an interesting, curious, ongoing story that it yet still more to tell to it.

Think about this- If Rukia's place and Renji's were switched (Rukia=captain, Renji=gives power to Ichigo etc.) would you have found it better, or worse? Personally, I love Rukia's character, and I doubt I'd be as intrested if Renji was one of the more important characters..

Wouldn't really matter to me, like I said before I don't care for the romance. Too me it's no more better or worse then Inuyasha and Kagome. They also have the I fight with you blah blah blah but deep inside I'd die for you and what not. And if Renji gave his powers to Ichigo there wouldn't really be that sense of I must go to soul society and save him because in order for that to happen Ichigo would have to be gay, and that just wouldn't work out. Sure the relationship between Ichigo and Rukia is important, but i've seen lots of things like this and to me I didn't find it anymore amazing then relationships in other anime's. It's only after I read some things on this forum that I actually realized there was something more to Ichigo and Rukia. If I hadn't read anything I woulda just thought that yeah they like each other and in the end they will probably be together, like all anime's pretty much, ne?

I guess it was Zombie Powder that started it. It was just random downloading, but the chaotic and hilarious format of the story hooked me. And then when I discovered there were only 4 volumes I felt a bit cheated. Until I found the manga in the shop nearest to my house one day.

And everything started from there.

there was a sale at suncoast like...buy one manga get one five dollars off, so i was looking around and found bleach. i didn't know anything about it but i bought it anyway, after buying and reading the five volumes that were out i looked online to see if there was any dvds. i found this website and bam! here i am, watching bleach ^_^
