As much as I want to disagree with that statement, I cant. I wanted Byakuya to die saving Rukia, but I also want him to be in one more epic battle before he dies.

Hinamori's not good. But when she'll wake up i think she's gonna be even worse: there's no way she won't be demoted.

I would think so. The author of Bleach does seem to have this kind of phobia of killing off characters. I mean, some of the can't die because it would ruin the story but some well placed deaths (in moderation) can help to move the plot along. For goodness sake, the only people seem who die in real time are hollows.

kubo tite is an idiot for not killing enough shinigamis(hes too greedy to want to keep them all for now). many sad images shown in his manga wasnt incorporated into the animate as well. such as the girl in the first episode, she was meant to be eaten quite helplessly.
