Urahara Kisuke question

ok ok ive been wondering this for a while, Urahara Kisuke has his Zanpaku-to out all the time yet anyone can see him. how is that? can some one pleas answer my question and if its been said before in the anime or something i could have missed it but if anyone can answer my question please do. thank you

Just because he has his Zanpaktou out, it doesnt mean that hes invisible. He was banned from soul society because of researching the Hogyoku so its very likely that he's in a gigai right now or a faux body.
