What sport is your favourite and why? Mine is cricket because I love the game, I play it whenever I can and I have basically been brought up on it. :headbang:

basically i love most sports. I love tennis, badminton, baseball, basketball, soccer, american football and all. but i do love the tennis the most right now though i have yet learnt how to play it. ^ ^

Hmmm....Basically I like all sports that do not cause a lot of injury.

I can play tennis, badminton, tabletennis, squash, swim, golf and every other thing my dad taught me when i was young.

Ocassionally, we watch sports on tv together. Tennis and badminton are more popular with us.

TENNIS, i love tennis. everyone says it's so boring but i love the feeling of not knowing your oppenents next move. there are so many spins and techniques that you can use. different serves, backhands, volleys, forehands...and then in the off season you can work and pratice and condition like crazy and see how much you've improved when the season starts again.

For me, Im a runner, I do mostly long distance type running like Cross Country or Track but other from that, I love any sport, I will play any sport

My favorite's cycling. It's an intensive sport that requires a lot of training and focuses on endurance. When watching it tv it can be boring at times. But when they're up in the mountains climbing and stuff you can see some really nice exploits.

Tennis and especially soccer. However, those are two sports that are actually more fun to play, than they are to watch. Then again almost every sport is more fun to get involved in, rather than watching it.

the General speaks the truth-I prefer rugby to American Football too, and Scoland beating England at anything is a good enough excuse to get drunk.
I Prefer footbal(or soccer, whatever name tickles your fancy)-mainly for the passion of the fans and clubs, as wella s being great to play with some mates. I admit my particular style of footbal generaly revolves around running around screaming alot and then breaking someones legs, but to each his own.

As a spectator: Baseball...I love watching/analyzing the game.

My all time favorite sport to watch and play is Soccer (Futbol)

Since little i have played and been in leagues, and Its like a religion for me ^^

I can watch: someother sports but i rarely choose to.

Other sports I enjoy playing are Kick ball, Balon-mano, bowling is coo' and if you consider surfing a sport more then a past-time hobby, surfing as well.

I can watch/play baseball... but Harumi Nemoto has to be playing ^^

I like playing basketball, coz I'm very tall and football becoz I love injuring peaple, but I don't like watching football on TV. It's just too boring. Hockey is much more interesting to watch, more action, more emotions.
Oh.. I like bowling too but I cant score much only around 150.

Hands down it would be Soccer, it's just the best sport ever, especially when you're watching people who know how to play.

Next comes Basketball, it gets boring when you're not playing with friends though.

Lastly, Tennis, I can't play tennis but I enjoy watching the opens ... that's about it.

Well sports isn't really my thing... I'm more the behind-the-scenes type of person... I do enjoy archery though! That is awesome! And I like watching extreme sports too. Though I will admit soccer is begining to grow on me ;)

Football (soccer to most of you guys, even though you should also know it as football being that it was created well before your boring version with the large leather egg) anyway football is most of my life, I love it im so passionate about it, Manchester united is my club and also im pretty talented as well, I can play pretty much anywhere on the pitch other than the net and be comfortable but my main position is in central/attacking midfield.

Playing: Volleyball. Because you'll never come into contact with ur oponent. A great teamwork game. And quite difficult to perfect.

Football has got to be it for me. It's not as rough as rugby, but there's more strategy to it. Its kinda cool to think of one team against another playing their hardest, but that happens in all sports. I just like football because i wish i could look that buff :).
