A simple post of which division would you like to join would be fine. If you have any skills like GFX or anything like that, then it might be a good idea to mention it as it may help the captains in deciding the entry test that best suits you.

My Goal is to let everyone have a chance to get in. If we manage to fill up all 6 division, I will open more so I wouldnt worry that much :)

Probably not. But gfx is the only thing that comes to mind for me when I think about ways to compete. There could also be themes like writing, drawing and debating. But I'm not too sure how many people will be interested in that. Another problems is that captains will be tempted to only recruit people who are good gfx'ers.

Their should be no reason to replace active captains. Picking all new captains from scratch would not be sensible.

Assuming there are 6 divisions in total... And that you need 2 more... Why don't you just start the project with 4 divisions? That way you'll attract everyone's attention :). Once enough members are interested in the divisions project you could then announce the remaining 2 vacancies :)

Yeah DB said that...but i don't think it's a bad idea to wait...since there may be more then 66 ppl...but there may be such (like me) who prefer to join a CERTAIN division (as you see i'm quite fond of Aizen), so they may wait `till they division is "on-line"

I think we should try to do something to get more people involved in this. As of now, it doesn't seem like there's enough interaction among the members of the Gotei 13. It would be nice to have the Gotei 13 completely filled up, and actually have people who are waiting to get in.

When I feel like assigning a new Captain. There are always different rules so you may either dont need to wait or have to wait even longer..

150 post count + 1 month rule does not exist anymore. Now, you have to follow whatever rule the Captain has place for their Division.

There currently are 2 divisions open, Sarteck's and my own. Of course that goes without saying that were are fairly strict in our selection process and, no offence to you, but i doubt Sarteck or myself would accept you. Especially since we experienced that whole help desk fiasco. None the less you can be easily accepted into a division if you start posting, act normal, and just go with the flow.

There is no such rule. Some have a post rule, others don't. It's up to the Captain.

This thread (http://forums.bleachportal.net/showthread.php?t=11799) is the Fifth Division rules and regulations. However, since the 5th Division is currently full, you will have to wait for an opening if that is what you have your heart set on.

I'd like to take a moment to remind you (and anyone else reading) that the Divisions here are not related in any way to the Divisions on Bleach--they are not fanclubs for your favourite Bleach division or anything like that. Heh. If you want to join a particular Division, do it for the people in that Division, or for the reputation that Division has on Club Bleach. :3

I think perhaps it would be best if you try to see the empty divisions and check if you (can) get along with the members in it or not. You need to check for their rules and regulations too before actually joining ;).

By "attacking the Gotei 13" what do they mean by "attacking"? Flamming isn't allowed right? So wat do they mean? Their gunna attack us in contests and such?

And also I have a suggestion. Since Captains and Vice-Captains have colored names what about Leaders of the Espadas? Shouldn't they be given colored names? like grey or dark red or something evil-er then blue :/

Having Vaizards, covert ops or any other group that appears in Bleach right now in the system means that we need A LOT of members. We have a lot of vacancies in the Gotei, a handful of vacancies in the Espadas, and a Gotei division that hasn't even been created. Adding more groups will just scatter members all around and make things harder to handle and manage. Albeit the variation is nice, having any more at the time being would just be a waste.

Check the rules and regulations of the division u want to join and if u have all the requirements liek a high post count and active-ness then u'll need to ask the captain of that division if u can join. Note some divisions are closed atm.

Why There Is No 13th Division

At the moment most Divisions in the Gotei 13 and Espada still have spots left in them. That is one of the reasons why the 13th Division is not yet opened. Until all the other Divisions and Espada are full i doubt that it will open.

Another reason is that the mods still have to choose a Captain for the Division. It takes time to sort through the worthy members and select one person to lead a group of people into success.

The last reason that I can think of is that at the moment most Divisions are having members leave, or transfer to other Divisions or the Espada which causes more slots which results in more members being needed for that Division.



Well i hope that clears things up maybe this should be posted somewhere to explain it instead or having it explained a lot because this question has been asked many times.

Since the Espadas and most of the Divisions are getting filled and only 1 or 2 spots remain in all the remaining divisions 13th should pop up very soon. U need patience. Just wait a little and the 13th aswell as the rest of the Espadas will appear shortly. ^^

I have an idea to get the Gotei Project going further. (I hope T_T)

How about having like 1-2 guest members for each division (either full or not) and having them stay for a week or two. Let them see what it is like in the Gotei 13. Maybe even letting the guest themselves participate in some of the old Contests (lol Maybe even earning a few points for the Division they are at? lol?) And after those weeks are over, have a different member see whats its like? The Divisions show the guests the ropes and what it's like. Show them what kinds of members the Gotei 13 is looking for and maybe they will change their characteristics and attitudes. So then they have a better chance, better qualifications and better posts.

So now...maybe they will realize that the Gotei 13 is not all play and joking around and spamming (although we do a bit oursevles and just for kicks :P)

So maybe there could be a thread somewhere to have people sign up for a week or two and have that repeat.

P.S.
But the thing that worries me is that once all the Divisions are full then people will have to join the Espadas. (But it will take some time until all 13 Divisions are full so there shouldnt be any worries for now)

There is no 14th Division in Bleach. There is only 13 Division so far in Bleach, however, if there happens to be a new division created in Bleach, I'm sure that CB will create a 14th Division as well.

not really. different divisions have different requirements before a certain person would be accepted. some require certain number of post count.. some would require you to be here at least 3 or 4 weeks.. and there are also divisions who look for persons who have GOOD posts(not one-liners nor any post that can be considered as spam).. :D

If you want to be in a division stay active stay open and get known by the div captains or VC's..

That being said once you get in a div you still have to stay active..The 9th div is an extremely active div as we are always working on the next newsletter as well as the current contests and therefore we demand our members be extremely active over everything else.

Some people already think like that though. For example, some people like Hitsugaya, and for this reason want to join the 10th Division. Even if the Bleach captain's picture wasn't there, it is unspoken that that particular division belongs to a certain captain.
