Okay yeah. Magic the gathering. I know a bunch of people stopped playing before the crappy mirrodin block and the block that was only a little better, Kamigawa. But I also know that the Ravinica block, is judged by many to be the best block yet. So who else here plays, has played or is thinking about playing. Or just straight up has no idea what I'm talking about.

Mirrodin block was not crappy. It was just WAY too overpowered like the Urza block. Personally I loved it ^_^

Kamigawa just plain sucks but Rav kicks ass, especially with Guildpact out. Anybody ever heard of the Izzet spike deck xD?

Kamigawa doesn't suck....there were a lot worse sets than that one. There were some good cards in that set. Not to mention samurai/ninja. lol

I don't play yet, but a friend of mine showed me how to. I thought it was pretty interesting, and I plan on learning more about it. But right now, I only understood about 1/8th of what you just said...lol

(that friend is reading over my shoulder right now...lmao)

Here's a hint at how old I am. Ive been playing magic since the damn game came out. The only problem is that I slowed down ALOT about 4 years ago turnament wise and I haven't bought anything new since. I'm one of those ppl that say it should have never advanced much farther then Iceage and it would have been better. LOL.

I stopped playing a number of years ago. It began to enter the trend of "Have to release more Ubar cards then last time so people buy it" and got stupid for a long time. then i quit.

I almost got into this back in my card game days. It just seemed too complicated to me though. I just stuck to my Star Wars card game...man i wish they didn't discontinue that =(

*nods* my dark side deck was the jabba themed one. Sure as hell fun to play.

Roku, I always found black/white decks to be an interesting combo...

Very much so, I like control, specially when I can find it outside of Blue.
