I voted Hisagi Shuuhei mainly because I like his facial tatoo! :winking56 lol seriously tho, his leadership attitude is very good and I think he would make a good captain if we ever find out he has achieved bankai. I just wish we could see more of his fighting abilities. The last fight we saw him in, Yumichika just drained all his spirit energy and we didn't get to see any of his fighting action.
My second vote would be for Abarai Renji. He's just sexy with all the tatoos and his bankai is awesome.

2. Nemu, because she's simple yet sensual. She's also bound to have some unique tricks up her sleeve since she was created by Kurotsuchi. I'd love to see her and Ishida in a battle. With his Quincy ideals, he'd probably hesitate hurting her.

For real though, we know nothing about her abilities, its fair to assume he has a Zanpakuto but we've never seen her use it but, that's not why she's my favorite. On smex appeal alone she wins it.

Hisagi Shuuhei gets my vote, we have seen little of him but I feel that is a good reason for why he is an important character for the future. I can see him getting the Squad 9 Captain role, we have yet to see his shikai or a bankai so it could be revealed to be more captain-worthy than Renji's clumsy bankai. Also with the recent pendulum chapters showing his relation to Captain Muguruma he could turn out to be a late but well developed char.

My second choice is Nemu Kurotsuchi cause she is tasty!

Hinamori. I think it's really admirable for her to be so devoted to serving Aizen. Although it proves to be fatal for her in the long run, when you think of military's in general, it's hard to find such loyalty and commitment.
