i say around 4 months.
1 week one episode, hence 4 months to tell the whole episode while giving enough time for them to complete the new manga arc would have been suitable time, plus I think it would be nice to see another training in depth arc for Ichigo to fully achieve Bankai. This way there is more story and depth.
Plus I want to see the whole action in between the rest of the characters.
A lot of them are underplayed. Would be nice if there is a few more episodes for Jinta and ururu and tessai.

I voted for 3 - 4 months, never been much of an optimist. But it's always better to be pleasantly surprise then to be let down. But in reality the fillers will have to last a while due to the manga needing to be further ahead. Personally I rather have every other week of no bleach then seeing filler.

6 months of horrible Naruto fillers? WTF? I think that is way too long, considering the fact what I heard.

I don't really mind the Bleach fillers though, has it good points somehow. The Bounto/Bound guys sounds kinda interesting.

i, for one, wish it takes until the current arc in the manga is ahead enough for it to finish before the anime even gets near it. which could be 3-5 months. I'd rather see the fillers happen now than mid-arc.

i believe the fillers are going to be 22 episodes long as this is what it siad at the start of episode 41 but it will depend who your subber is.
this means that depending wether doubles count as 1 episode or 2 there are still 18 more filler episodes to gO. GOLDIOLLOCKS

Either way, it's all about bleach. I dont mind anything Bleach. If Bleach goes on forever too, i still wouldnt mind. I heard that the filler episodes will feature more of the captains. That would be something to look forward to. But of course, it'll be good to go back to the original storyline a.k.a manga after some time. Still, filler episodes once in a while would help make the anime more interesting. :p

Fillers can kill an anime. The best thing for anime's to do is to finish the manga or come damn close to finishing the manga before they introduce the animation. This makes it easier for everyone to make money.

Thats hard to say. Right now the fillers in Bleach aren't crap, I admit I'm enjoying it. The Bounto storyline seems pretty interesting, wonder how it folds out.

But if the Bleach fillers are crap, I think I rather have a break. Certaintly don't want my favourite anime to go bad, it might even put me off the show permantely.

I would go without any Bleach. If the fillers are going downhill, I wouldn't want that to happen to Bleach. So I would prefer to take a break instead. But if the fillers are kickass, I would like fillers, "ploise". :winking56

Bleach off air would mean loss of revenues and popularity for the studio and Kubo. They would rather pump out fillers and maintain a good time slot.
I rather have a bunch of fillers now when it makes sense to have fillers. I would be pissed if they had to pump out fillers in the middle of a current arc. The anime team bought us some time for the anime by stating a timeline that Aizen has for preparation.

I vote 5+ months... they need plenty of time since the anime is SOOOO close to the manga.

There hasn't been an official date as to when the fillers will end, as Sandal Hat mentioned in his FAQ. I expect them to end in 2 or 3 months, thus resuming the main plot sometime around June or July. There are about 6 bountous who have been identified, I guess it will be upto Ichigo and Co. to defeat them all, which won't be happening in 6 episodes. 12 episodes sounds reasonable which is what brought about my estimated 3 months, I'm trying to be optimisitic thinking that they'll continue for a couple of months though.

as long as the fillers are good, i agree with the appreciation part, but as u can see and as many others have already stated: there is a lot of stuff in the fillers that will make it difficult to pass from the filler part to the real one(the manga one)...ex:rukia's return from the window, reinji's return with the others and not alone and many more...

They could fix all this by making certain characters leave the real world for several months, but I'd think they would need to put an episode or two in between this so that it actually seems that they had left, and not just returned the next episode. I'm just anxious for some answers as to a raw date of when the fillers will end and how they will go from this arc to the real arc.

As I've posted elsewhere, I've become kinda concerned that the fillers may actually go on for a year. If the new arc in the manga is going to be even approaching the Soul Society arc's length, we have maybe 100 chapters to go before it ends - two years. Given that the anime seems to go at about twice the rate of the manga (sometimes faster, but it throws in extra cinematic stuff not in the manga), we could, at the earliest, expect it to enter the manga arc 50 chapters from now - in a year.

Naturally, I really hope I'm wrong.

That said, they could make it entertaining, but they seem dead set on shoving this bountou garbage down our throats.

Well, the new opening IS filler related (Though I did see Bankai Ichigo) But I find it really really hard to believe that they're going to do 26 full episodes of Bounts.

Besides, a new opening doesn't always mean a new arc does it? If it did, the Soul Society Arc would have ended much quicker. If I'm not mistaken, during that arc, we had two new openings, correct?

That has not been confirmed. The only source I remember announcing that is DB, and they're not all that trustworthy. It seems to be a cruel joke so far.

The fillers aren't that bad, it's just that the longer they are being showed, the harder and more confusing it will be to pass from the curent part to the manga chapters...I really wish they would get tired of this and show us what we are interested in seeing...
