heh i'm trying my best to learn how to do these nifty things ^_^ i got a few i really like, but one i'd really like to battle on and hear some good critiques for.

rules- first to 5 votes wins, no pop outs, size limit 450x200, and i'm not specifying a theme.

i'll post mine as soon as i've got a competitor ^_^

Sorry Revruby, but kurosaki GMV

Kurosaki is a pretty unique looking popout, and that "Distorted" text is awsome looking. Also the color and the overall BG goes with the render very nicely but text is hard to read on your name. the barcode is pretty cool.

Revruby, the quality of that render is just amazing, I have to give props for animalistic for that render. ANYWAYS, lol, the colors of the BG match Hitsugaya pretty good but the water type effect doesnt really and the render needs some blending.

Otherwise, both sigs are good, both have their flaws, but kurosaki's just catches my eye better

I had a tough time choosing but kurosaki190 gmv.

im not particularly fond of both sigs but i think kuro190 did a better job with his/her sig. the concept is pretty cool and as azn-chan said the text work done on distorted is fantastic. might be a bit too dark for my liking but overall still a nice sig. :D

revruby: ok first off. background is nicely done but im not sure it matches the render. you also need to blend the render more. try duplicating it and playing around with the blending options. i usually use luminosity/soft light/overlay/multiply/lighten. (not in any order. these are just my favorites depending on the sig :p) the font is not too bad but you need to take care on what you did at the right side of the sig. im not sure why the border got cut suddenly. in addition, the left part of the sig has a blue fill(??) suddenly cut off. you might need to work on blending that. :D

kurosaki 190 GMV. very well done in all aspects, except not liking the barcode... and bg a lil too simplish looking.
revruby: nice bg, but the effect doesnt match the render, and the border vanishes in places, and the text needs some blending/work to look good. but good job

Kurosaki190 GMV - the text is very good, and the bg is cool. not so sure about the barcode though.

Revruby - the render is very good quality, and the bg would have been nice but I'm not so sure about the water effects - they don't really fit the render imo.

kurosaki: Unique with great colors and a nice pop-out. Okay, he broke the rules but anyways...

RevRuby: Not a very nice background but a great render. In the background it's water-like effects.
But you should definitly don't stop battling, your sig isn't bad but it could use some work. Keep it up!
