hi ya, asian!!! yeah, i sorta snuck back in...i was flying under the radar but figured i should become a more active member. :redbiggri

that rice candy is sooo yummy! and the free sticker inside is always a plus. i like the wrapper too....i peel it off and let it melt on my tongue.

i'll be sure to post my "pocky critic" review of the sesame seed pocky when i get some. what i really want is chocolate bananna......*sigh*

ok! i'm back from the asian market and have tasted black sesame pocky. i must say, i'm impressed - it tastes a lot like that honey/sesame candy. you know, the stuff that's sorta like peanut brittle but with sesame seeds instead.

also, while i was there i found another new flavor of pocky - kinako! kinako is roasted soybean flour...and it's a great coating for ohagi (glutionus rice balls). so i bought that too...it's really tasty but i like the sesame better.

hi-chew is like...well...like...er...it's fruity shewy stuff but it's eally really reall chewy and yes. hence the name hi chew. i love it XD.

hi chew is like starburst but much chewier, plus the flavors are lighter and actually taste like what they are flavored after (strawberry, lichee (sp?), lemon, grape (2 kinds), yogurt, etc...).

i just went out to wallmart..today and found some pocky..got the choclket and strawberrry one..and..for me..the strawberry was awsem!! think i might have to buy this more often :D
