Lisa is a vaizard who closely resembles Nanao-chan. No relationship has been established but its possible. The first time she was shown was during chapter 215 (her silhouette was shown in 214 but we wont consider that). We love Lisa because she has a cool head and ignores her responsibilities, yay Lisa.!

Lisa is the Vaizard that doesn't look ...weird (just look at Hacchi...Pink hair and moustache...geeeeez)...she doesn't seem one to read hentai, but she does, that's odd, but interesting ^.^
